Return and Refund:
A refund of the rental amount will only be made if the customer decides to cancel the service provision with at least 5 days’ notice. In this case, 100% of the invoiced amount will be refunded. The refund will be processed using the same payment method originally used.
Cancellation:
The customer may cancel the rental service with a maximum of 5 days’ notice. In this case, the refund policy will apply, and 100% of the invoiced amount will be refunded.
In the case of electric bike rentals, cancellations due to adverse weather conditions can be made up to the day before the service is scheduled. In this scenario, 95% of the invoiced amount will be refunded, with a 5% charge applied as an administrative fee.
